Automating Golf Course Bookings & Memberships
Lonely Oaks Trace is a demo project created to showcase how a modern golf course website can handle bookings, memberships, and daily transactions without manual work. The goal was to design a clean, automated system that simplifies operations for staff while giving golfers an easy and enjoyable booking experience.
For this demo, I built a fully integrated solution using Fairscore Booking, a custom golf booking system I developed in-house. The site also includes a membership portal and a POS system to demonstrate how sign-ups, renewals, payments, and daily transactions can be handled automatically. Together, these tools show how a golf course can reduce admin work and run more efficiently.
Running a golf course is complex, but the website does not have to be. This demo highlights how smart automation and thoughtful design can improve workflows, reduce friction, and create a better experience for both staff and golfers.
