GideonSoft Support Platform
A Unified Support System for Users, Learning & Engagement
GideonSoft needed more than just a basic support site—they needed a complete system that could scale with their users and provide multiple ways to learn, troubleshoot, and engage with the platform. I designed and developed a fully integrated support experience that brings together documentation, community interaction, AI assistance, and structured learning into one centralized hub.
The platform includes a custom-built knowledgebase with advanced permission structures tied directly into the GideonSoft web application. This allows different users to access content specific to their roles, creating a more personalized and secure experience. Alongside this, I implemented a community forum using bbPress, giving users a place to ask questions, share insights, and collaborate with others using the platform.
To further enhance support and accessibility, I built a custom AI chatbot trained on the platform’s knowledgebase and data, allowing users to get instant answers without needing to search manually. I also developed a full LearnDash-powered course system, giving users structured training paths to better understand and utilize the software. The result is a complete support ecosystem that improves onboarding, reduces friction, and helps users get more value from the product.
